  • Do you offer delivery services?
    Yes, we offer delivery services. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Contact us for a delivery quote.
  • Do you provide hay quality guarantees?
    Yes! We stand firmly behind the quality of our hay. Our Hay is carefully grown, harvested, and stored to ensure top quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us and we will make it right.
  • What Payment methods do you accept?
    Cash, Credit/ Debit card though Apple Square, PayPal, Check, and Apple Pay.
  • How should I store my hay?
    To maintain quality, store hay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Proper ventilation is important as well.
  • Can I purchase bales individually aside from a bundle?
    Yes, we accept small purchases (less than one bundle), we understand that you may not have the proper storage space to purchase whole bundle and we are happy to provide our customers with that satisfaction!
  • What animals benefit from your products?
    Each product individually has its own benefits to each animal, if you read under "Our Hay" we explain the various benefits of each product to each animal!
